Service reconnection before 4:00 pm

1. For service reconnection before 4:00 pm, payment via money order or cashiers check must be hand delivered to the  District Offices (click here for address and map).  You must then inform the guard that you are making payment on an account which has been disconnected.  Please have the service disconnect door hanger notice with you.   The  guard will  then radio the customer service department and they will call for reconnection.  Please have the money order for the appropriate amount due.....your balance plus $10.00 fee.

Service reconnection after 4:00 pm and before 5:00 pm.

Service reconnection after 5:00 pm - Do not come to the District Offices.

3.  For service reconnection after 5:00 pm please call the phone number on the door hanger, (954-753-0380), and listen to the recorded message.  The message will ask you to select an option which will transfer your call to the Water Plant.  If  Water Plant personnel are available, they will take the necessary information from you and will call a field technician to visit your home and reconnect your service.  If the Water Plant personnel are performing  water quality tests and are away from the phone, you may be transferred to a mobile phone or a message recorder.  Please leave your name, phone number, and street address so the after hours personnel can contact you.  Please have a money order for the appropriate amount due....your balance.....plus a $20 fee.
