REVISED NOTICE OF MEETINGS

PORT OF THE ISLANDS

COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Port of the Islands Community Improvement District will hold their remaining meetings for Fiscal Year 2008 in the offices of the District at the Egret Room, 25000 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida at 10:00 A.M. on the third Friday of each month as follows:

February 15, 2008

March 21, 2008

April 18, 2008

May 16, 2008

June 20, 2008

July 18, 2008

August 15, 2008

September 19, 2008

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will be participating by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested party can attend the meeting and be fully informed of the discussions taking place.

Any person requiring special accommodations at any of these meetings because of disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 753-5841 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that they will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
