Bob Fennell

Board President Robert Fennell has been a member of the District since 1979 and a member of the Board of Supervisors since 1993. He is married to Margie Fennell and they have two children. 

Bob takes an active interest in CSID, Each-One, Teach-One (a literacy group), and in parish activities at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.  He has a varied background in business, engineering and art, and is retired from Motorola.  He is currently pursuing his interests in art and engineering.

Bob's educational background includes a BSEE from Bradley University, MSE from FAU, a BFA (Studio) from FAU, and numerous other postgraduate courses in business.

Sharon K. Zich

Board Vice President Sharon K. Zich was appointed to the Board of Supervisors in August of 2006.  She has been a resident of Broward County since 1970 and a resident of the CSID since 1978.  Sharon is married to Richard Zich and has two children and two grandchildren.

Sharon is interested in the CSID and the City of Coral Springs.  She is active in many activities at her church.  She has worked in the accounting and management field for many years.  She was the Accounting & Personnel Manager for MAP Builders, one of the original builders in Coral Springs.  She has also worked in the accounting field for Michael Adair; CPA, Zimmer Homes, and Ameripath Inc. in Ft. Lauderdale.  She is retired and stays active playing tennis, golf and also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. 

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting degree.

Glen Hanks

Glen Hanks, Secretary, was elected to the Board in June 2003 and has been a resident of the District since 1996.
