$20 delinquent fee shall apply to all delinquent accounts upon notification of
disconnection of service. The notification of disconnection is hand delivered to the property address at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service disconnection date. The $20 fee is added to the account when the notification leaves our office to be hand delivered. |
